We also offer Mental Health and Trauma Counselling within a safe and relaxing environment so that you may feel comfortable to share your experiences and thoughts whilst also learning some new skills and techniques.

We also offer Reiki, which is purely divine energy straight from the universe! Within this session you will be completely relaxed while your chakras are balanced or your energy is healed, these sessions are no to minimal touch.
